Below are Panda's notes for using boosters
We recommend apply booster only to chinese tacky rubbers (e.g. Hurricane 3)
Booster will stretch the rubber to increase speed also soften the rubber.
Most German, Japan made rubbersm are already boosted when they were made. No need for boosting. (e.g. Butterfly rubbers and Victas, Gewo rubbers)
For Hurricane 3, we recommend 1-2 layers of booster. First layer need about 4 hours to dry and second layer need more than 12 hours to dry.
Booster is not glue, so after booster you still need apply glue.
Booster lasts about 4-6 weeks. For re-apply, one layer is enough
All boosters will cause damage to rubbers and result in reduced use life
